Viruses - Are You Protected?

I must receive at least a dozen emails each month warning me about all types of different viruses. My mailbox was filled with these messages that, although sent with the best intentions, soon became an annoyance. I find the current virus hysteria rather amusing, but that's easy to say when you work in an office full of computer geeks. So I decided to look into how viruses work and hopefully dispel some of the mystery surrounding them.
